NOTE: These restrictions are compiled using two sources. 1. Countries that
have current laws forbidding certain devices / products we will not send to. Example
U.K and Australia have laws forbidding stunning devices. 2. Restrictions from
our government forbidding the sale of certain devices / products to specific countries.
Example: We receive many requests for stunning devices to Sweden. We would love
to sell these to you in Sweden. However, we are restricted by our government to
sell these items to you.
NOTE ABOUT ALL RESTRICTIONS (Please note these laws fluctuate. Security Planet
Corp., will post the most current laws according to what we know. There also may
be local laws (city/town) restrictions that apply to you. Please check with your
local police or zoning board for the latest laws pertaining to the purchase and/
or use of these self defense devices.

no sales to minors under 18 years of age! It is your responsibility to check all
local (and national laws for International orders) laws concerning use, ownership
& possession of any product we offer for sale. Also, any attempt in entrapment
by any law enforcement agency will be met with legal action. It is the responsibility
of the buyer, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state,
federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any item
on this site. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D.,
Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and
state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Before placing an order with our
company, one must agree to these terms. Void where prohibited.
Return / Refund / Re-Ship Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee
if you are not completely satisfied, less S/H charges and 20% re-strocking fee.
We offer a one-year warranty against defect for all products. There will
be no refunds issued after the 30-day satisfaction period expires, but we will
instead replace the defective unit as noted under warranty. Retain all documentation
and material. All non-defective products received within the 30 days from date
/ time of card charge, must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition,
including original, unmarked packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards (if any)
and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We do not refund original
shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges. Prior to returning any
product, call our customer care line @ 1-509-582-6262 / outside U.S. [+1] 509-582-6262]
to receive an RMA #.

Specification to possess, understand and adhere to any and all such military specifications,
guides, technical orders, drawings, operations manuals, installation and use instructions,

required for the proper use and/or application of these products, and future,
to ensure that these products are used only by properly trained and duly certified
